buy her some wrinkle cream and a wheel chair because in a few years her face will look like cracked asphalt and the circulation in her feet will be so bad she will have difficulty walking-- that's if she doesn't have a heart attack. Of course if she is on the pill she will probably have a stroke first or a pulmonary embolism. CONGRATULATIONS DUM*SS. I believe she is a good candidate for the Darwin award. Have a nice day!!!

Tell her congratulations for having enough extra money for the almost $2000 a year that the habit will cost her if she smokes one pack a day, and for being so happy that she doesn't need to live her full life-span to have all she wants in life.

Congratulate? Honey, are you sure you didn't mean "berate"? Or perhaps "lecture"? Polluting one's body is nothing to be proud of. You should especially not be encouraging someone who is dear to your heart to harm themselves. That would be like my friend saying to me, "I'm going to commit suicide" and me responding with, "Congratulations! This life is really crappy anyway, why not? Have fun on the flip side!" Yeah, right. You encourage your friends to do WHAT IS GOOD FOR THEM: mind, body, and soul.

I sat through chemo with a lung cancer patient on one side and a colon cancer patient on the other side. It ain't pretty. Your friend would be better off burning the money it costs to buy smokes than to smoke the junk.

and have a mock funeral service for her
tell her that this is what is going to happen to her
i should know .been a smoker all my life ,and it is the hardest thing to give up
more addictive then any drug
