Get some epsom salt, there will be instructions on the package about how much to mix with water and drink to relieve your constipation. And yes, it will taste pretty bad. If this goes on much longer you need to get over your embarrassment and tell your Mom, it could be an intestinal blockage. If you start to have vomiting too, that's probably what it is, so get help ASAP if that starts to happen. But really, I bet you are just constipated. Don't eat bananas, they will only bind you up more. Good Luck.

I am 15 as well, and I have had the same problem since I was about 2 or 3. You need to keep track of how much you go, so that when its been a while, you won't be second guessing yourself as to the last time you went. When you start to get stomach aches, don't feel well, or it's been a long while since you went, use a drug like ex-lax, but only in extreme need, since you don't want to get dependant on it. Otherwise, I've tried many things like daily doses of fiber, herbal pills, special yogurt, but nothing has made me regular like a normal person would be, but taking daily fiber supplements does help. If it really bothers you, or if even a drug like ex-lax doesn't work, you may need to get a GI and you may be diagosed as having IBS. Otherwise, you can live with it, track it, and try to live a healthy and normal lifestyle as possible. Thats what I do. And don't be ashamed to tell your mother, my mom knows, and shes very understanding, and helps me.
Good luck!

You have to take a laxative. Next time, don't wait until you're constipated to eat right. It has to be an everyday thing. If it's chronic constipation, you should see a doc. Constipation is very annoying.

You should tell your mom or just ask her to take you to your doctor. Constipation can be a sign of things like thyroid imbalance or problems with the innervation of the bowel.

Whenever I was embarrassed to ask my mom about something I'd ask her when we were alone in the car. No chance of anyone interrupting or overhearing.

There is another train of thought as to why you are constipated. Why do you want to hold all that s*** inside you. Let it go and get on with things. Are you eating junk food and drink? Try eating licorice, should get things moving for you. All the best.

Get serious you need medical help.
Do you think your special like an alien. Go to your mother. You think she has never been constipated.
Your being a jerk coming here, yes advice is here, but you need help, someone in your family.
Go to your dad ,your intimate question would make him proud of you to offer such trust.

Please talk to your mom or another trusted adult, like a school nurse or an aunt. Depending on how long this has been going on you may need to go to a doctor. Do not just take laxatives because your body can get used to them and you are way too young for that!

If you can't get to a drugstore to buy some "help", try eating a nice, big bowl of warm applesauce. This worked for me within hours after I had abdominal surgery (and couldn't go for four days).
