If you are referring to Sasuke of the Naruto anime series...NO, he hasn't died up until now, neither in the manga nor in the anime, and there are no indications that he will...
Spoilers
If you do not read the manga let me tell you that he will join Orochimaru and he will become much more powerful and he will be a bad guy (I hope that he turns into a good guy again tough...). It is a sure answer. I guarantee, trust me on this one!

Actually, although the anime series says that he must die once, the belief that he died there is incorrect, because the Sound 4 said that their barrier techniques would prevent Sasuke from dying and instead just place him in a coma, and this is reenforced in the manga where they say basically the same thing. As for the forseeable future (Spoiler here guys), Sasuke has joined Orochimaru and has become much more powerful to the point where he is probably can be classified as a Jounin but he hasn't died yet

NO sasuke is still alive and kicking *** still emotionless and cold can you blame him though if my brother killed my family id want revenge and would stop at nothing to get is its 2014 now and he still very much alive itachi is dead he sasuke killed him but that turns out terrible it was never truly itachi fault for the massacre he did it but there was a much bigger plot behind it MUCH BIGGER toby is evil stronger then you would ever think naruto is pretty much a god now sasuke is a gob also neji died sadly i liked him 2014 is the end of naruto so i heard a lot actually the show and books are set to end some where in 2014 its true

The answer to your question is yes he dies and i'll explain why too. Ok during the series when Sasuke is about to leave the villiage. If you listen closely and pay close attention to what they say. One of orochimaru's men said "you have to DIE once." so there it should say somewhere in the manga and epidose. I am not sure if you wanted to know exactlly If sasuke had died..but you said "Does Sasuke dies" so yeah that answer your question. Yes Sasuke dies for a while.

Sasuke will not die (though he has said he would gladly die, if it means defeating Itachi). When the time comes, Naruto will save him from Orochimaru. (This is why the Kyubi begged Sasuke not to kill Naruto).

NO. i'm undecided if I interpreted the manga good, yet i think of he summoned a snake, popped himself in its mouth, de-summoned it, and warped off to its length with it whilst it poofed. So he rather lots prevented the blast, notwithstanding he became into overwhelmed up. At any value, he's alive later.
