the left nuggets are far more nutritios than the right ones

They are fine. I used to work for a Poultry processing company and the nuggets are mostly breast meat. The biggest problem with them is they contain a high percentage of breading (carbs).

Its a simple matter of the size. The smaller something is the more surface area it has per pound. The more surface to cover with breading.

I'm not aware of how they make them now, but the best ones I ever tasted were made for a school lunch program and were made of ground whole chicken in natural porportions. Very tasty.

Macdonale use "special" trained big breasted chickens for their chicken nuggets. They're just not good!!!

Most food we eat isn't that good for us, but hey it taste great. As long as you don't eat to much I think you will be fine. Have fun.

Nope, they are full of batter and grease. That is why they taste so good.
