Flying high, majestic and bright,
These colors will never run.
Standing for freedom, a way of life,
A country together, a nation of one.
America the beautiful, the US of A, into battle she will go,
Leading the charge, showing our strength, a resolve to fight, this emblem will show.
Our proud banner, a symbol of this land,
weather worn, war torn, still rising straight and true,
Lets never forget the soldiers that served, the ones that died
For the cause of the Red, White and Blue.
I realize that this poem has nothing to do with this category, but we still are Americans, no matter what. I hope yall like. Thank you for your attention.

and i would like to share this with you:i have an American flag painted as if faded on the side of my truck for all the world to see with the exact same "these colors may fade, but never will they run" written under it! yr 1+my 1 makes 2 for the red white and blue!

thanks for posting that not only should we all be proud of what our flag stands for but what a our soldiers stand for also. i am very proud of the job that our military does for us everyday
