You stand the chair on the table and start punching through the ceiling, unless there is an attic exit.

I push the table over to the wall. I then stack the chairs, one on another, on top of the table, and then scale the wall.
Or, if there are no doors or windows, but there is space where they would hang; I would simply walk through the doorway.
Either way, I'm gone!

put the chair on top of the table
climb on top of the table and chair
and jump the wall
you didnt say anything about a ceiling.
unless that classifies as part of a room...idk im just trying to be clever :/
