I am 30 years old with 3 children. I had my first baby at 17. Trust me when I tell you I wish I would have waited. At 14 you should be thinking of more important things. You have plenty of time for sex. Sex involves emotions and alot of grownup issues that at 14 you are not ready for no matter how ready you think you are. Some grownups have difficulties dealing with the consequences of their actions. Just be a kid and enjoy the time you have as a teenager without all the drama. And talk to your parents ... they are your best friends whether you know if or not now..

i lost my virginity at a young age, yes i some what regret it. he and i actually stayed friends for a very long time until i joined the military. but if i look back i see that i should have waited. it didn't make my grades drop or anything, i still did what i did before. but there is always the chance of having a baby and at 14 there is no way you could support yourself, and no way he could support you. the relationship with you and him will almost most definitely change. the relationship with your family will change too. as hard as people try, they can't keep a secret so you or your guy will tell a best friend and they will tell and so on and so forth until everyone knows. then you take the chance of being labeled a slut and a whore. just try to think of all the consequences.

if you want to feel horrible and regret it for the rest of your life - sure go ahead! If you want him to keep you around for sex while you stay around because you love him - yes! If you want your grades to drop, and forget about everything else in your life while your world revolves around him and sex - do it! If you want to make the biggest mistake of your life up to now, sleep with him.
But if you want my advice, wait until you are 18. I did and I still had plenty of fun and slept with over 50 guys by the time I was 25 - but hey I was old enough to handle it and the responsibility of it too.

No you should wait a little longer, I know its hard because I have been there but i waited until i was 17 and it was so much better. That doesn't rule out other things but don't go that far just yet

no at 14 you should be worried about your education and not about sex. there is plenty of time for that later.

ah no my neice thought she was ready at that age and even younger than that. your body is not ready for that kind of commitment. if he tells you that you would do it if you really loved him then sweetie you dont need him just remember its your body and your body is a temple not to be disturbed until your really ready
