It depends on a few things. do you like the job? Do you respect and like the boss? Do you think you could help him or her? Is the fact that the person is hungover or still drunk affecting the safety of other employees? You will need to make the call, it's up to you :)

Maybe there was a big celebration last night. You never know what is going on in someone's life.

If your boss makes drunken passes at you, that is a reason to leave a job.

i dont think so. If it is tough for you to find a job dont but if you have another job offer i would. Look for simular jobs in the newspaper that you could do.
