Who do you think is the best quarterback of all time? Joe Montana is my favorite!

I'd say Montana edges out Unitas, Bradshaw, Graham, Favre, Elway, and Aikman, in that order. In another five years, Brady may earn his way into that group. If Peyton wins a couple of rings, he's in that class as well.

Joe Montana and John Elway were both good in the clutch, but for best of all time, I'll go back to the 50's and say Johnny Unitas. If he played under todays rules, he'd make Peyton Manning look like Kyle Boller.

I think John Elway is the best QB of all time. Most would probably say Joe Montana and i wouldn't be mad at them but he had a great team around him too. Elway's teams were never as good but he was always in championship contention. He had a stronger arm and was more athlethic.

Ken Stabler was good. So is Brett Farve.
Montana always looked like he was about to fall down or run away and he made all those amazing comebacks. Steve Young was incredible to watch scramble.
Montana is the best, yet.

John Elway. You never really knew if your team was going to win in the fourth quarter when he was directing one of his infamous drives. Had it all for a modern day QB. A rifle arm and speed of feet. He finally got a running game and look what happen, back to back superbowls, similar to your pick, but the niners had alot more talent than he did during those runs. Montana is my second pick slightly ahead of Marino. Joe had the quick feet, but not the arm of elway.

Wow, what a great question. It all boils down to winning SB's, so rule Marino out. It's difficult to compare the players that were before my era. They say Johnny U and Otto Graham were awesome, but I've never seen them play.

So I'm going with Montana with Elway a very close second.

Johnny Unitas, don't forget about him. I loved Montana and he would be my second.
There have been many great qb's. Unitas and Montana had ice water in their veins, nobody could move a team down the field in crunchtime like these guys. I do pick Unitas first though.

Well, I have to say I was always a John Elway fan, never a huge Broncos fan, but always liked Elway, and I feel the same about Brett Farv, although not a big Greenbay fan either.

That is a very hard question!!

Montana would rank very close with Johnny Unitas as the top of all-time.
