It's okay as long as you aren't visible to your neighbours... If you are visible then it could be considered public indecency despite being on your own property... I'd check your local laws about public nudity and make sure your neighbours can't see into your back yard first!

If the tall wooden fence stops people seeing you, why not? Our backyard is very private. I swim in our pool topless almost all the time, and sometimes nude. I luv feeling the sun on my skin, and I luv having no tan lines on my chest anbd shoulders

Yuk, no. I don't want to see that. A tall wooden fence doesn't mean you can't be seen from my upstairs windows.

Yeah, sure, go ahead. Even if you have a little white picket fence. If they don't want to see you then they shouldn't look.
But be prepared for those who do want to see you, some might be pervey.

Yes, as long as it is your backyard, and noone can see you. It's your body and it needs to be free from clothes to breath sometime.

It's okay so long as you don't mind turning on the local pervert.
Remember things could get ugly then.

Do you mean morally or legally? Well, I think you're probably covered either way actually. Enjoy the fresh air!
