Wal-Mart, Wal-Mart, Wal-Mart. Their world headquarters is Bentonville, AR. Also, try J.B. Hunt or Tyson. All of their websites have career opportunities. I've lived in NWA for my entire life, and can guaruntee that the entire state is ran by these three companies. Best of luck, and don't forget to hit up Dickson Street in Fayetteville for nightlife! Thursdays and Saturdays are Party on the Patio at the Powerhouse ... and THAT'S quality.

Monster , Yahoo Hotjobs, Careerbuilder are some of the largest job boards, where you can apply for jobs and upload your resume. Since Craigslist, allows free job postings, many smaller companies post their vacancies on this online classifieds website. You can also search for jobs from multiple websites using aggregators like SimplyHired and Indeed. Referrals are also becoming a increasingly popular way to get hired.

There are TONS of jobs in NWA. The Fayetteville / Rogers / Bentonville area is the fastest growing area in the country and property values are spiraling upwards.
