3 of 4 sounds right. The Rangers are feeling frustrated now. They have all those bats but iffy pitching. They won the game and the fight Wednesday against the Angels, but it's not the Angels that they have to turn their season around against. On the other hand, the Tigers are sitting pretty on top of the Central while the Twins and White Sox have to bat each others brains out for a wild card shot. The Tigers and the Rangers are teams going in two different directions and the Rangers are not yet reconciled to their role as spoiler. Yet. maybe after this weekend with less then 40 games to go.

They will probably will three of the four games. It is difficult to beat the same team 4 consecutive games. The Tigers are the better team no question, but it is really statistically difficult to sweep a team in a 4 game series.

The only game I see the Rangers winning on pitching is Millwood vs Zach Miner, but hopefully Detroit keeps playing like they've played recently and the Rangers keep on scoring like they have and stay hot. If the Rangers pitching isn't horrible then Rangers have a chance to win three or two of the games or else I'll just have to imagine they won more than one.

I think they will split the series 2-2. They just came off a tough three games with the Red Sox, and they may be taking the Rangers a bit too lightly. I hope not, though.

I think you might be right. Texas has a few suspensions, including the manager, due to that brawl with Anaheim. Under a normal situation, I think it might be split evenly. That just isn't the case now.

i think they are reeling after losing 5 stragight earlier this week and after they showed the Red sox whos boss they will come off of that series and take 3 of 4 form the rangers

Absolutely NOT! The Rangers are gonna win 3 of 4! or at least split! You know with Millwood on the mound the Rangers are gonna win that game and I expect them to win at least one more! GO RANGERS! ♥
