Nice question.
Give negative attention to others. In other words, be selfish or antagonistict. Seek conflict.
The quality of mind you give to others will come back to you. People and your environment serve as a mirror. If you carry a negative attitude with you wherever you go (mumbling, grumblin, complaining, whining, etc.), the amount of negative attention you receive will increase.
Luckily the same goes for positive attention.

You could drive like a maniac on the freeway, cutting people off and not using turning signals or talk loudly on your cell phone at a restaurant. Are those the sorts of things you were looking for?

Do and say things that most people are opposed to such as be homosexual or gothic or say you hate football at a football game or the cubs suck around a serious fan. Or do stupid things for no reason. Yeah and spam spamming is always making people mad.
