One of the most complex and interesting characters in the DC Universe, Adam certainly seems to be heading down some altruistic path, what with the appearance of this Isis broad...

I think that Adam is a lot like The Shade in Starman. Above labels of being good or evil.

Have you not started to enjoy life more with the love of a good woman?

And Isis is far from a broad.

No. Adam has never been truely bad or good. He does what he thinks is right, and therefore allies himself with certain people at times when their goals are the same, regardless of whether they are heroes or villains. He's been a member of the JSA in the past, and he has been their enemy. He will fly to the white house and demolish it, throw a tank at a gaggle of soldiers, and then save a girl falling out of a tree on the way back home. Adam is not limited by other peoples sense of morality and that is why he is onw of the more interesting characters today.

Quite frankly, Black Adam never "turned evil".

Read the JSA series. In Book 6: Savage Times, it was revealed that Teth Adam (the original Black Adam of ancient Egypt) was never evil. Vengeful to be sure, but not evil.
And ever since Johnny Sorrow removed his malignant brain tumor, that allowed his descendant Theo Adam--the evil Adam--to control him, Teth's been in the driver's seat.

Short version--Black Adam isn't "turning good". He's always been a hero--just a darker kind of hero.

And just for the record, the cape is a good look for him :)

I hadn't heard about this. There wouldn't seem to be much point to it, since he only has the same powers as the Shazam family. If he had different powers, he'd be a useful and valuable character, not a copy.
