Corsages for women on either side of the family and a boutonierre for the guys, also no matter which side of the family. Corsages can be on the lapel area or on the wrist but a boutonierre is only for the lapel area.

Boutonnieres! It will make the wedding have a more uniform look because that's what the groomsmen where. Also, guys don't like wearing a corsage. It's a girl thing.

Yes, the fathers of the wedding couple should also wear boutonnieres, and corsages should be given to the mothers of the wedding couple. Another fun thing to do is to have handkerchiefs embroidered with your names and the wedding date. It makes a fun remembrance (and it's useful if one or both of the mothers is a "wedding cry-er"!)
