yes. actually when you are a fetus, you do have webbed hands and feet. but that's only in the 8th week of a pregnancy.
a long time ago, a baby was born with webbed hands and feet. "frog boy" like they liked to say. The doctors killed him because he was "unholy" Now days, the ones that are born like that just go into surgery.
