DUMPPED

You may have noticed the news last week that police in London uncovered a suicide-terrorist plot to blow up passenger planes bound for the U.S. using liquid explosives.

That prompted the U.S. Homeland Security Department to order screeners in this country to confiscate all liquids and gels from carry-on luggage -- including ketchup and mustard packs.

The liquids probably end up in the dumpster. (Who wants a half a bottle of Perrier or a partially used bottle of hair gel?)

Other confiscated items -- pocket knives, fancy cigarette lighters, anything worth selling -- gets shipped to a warehouse in Pennsylvania and auctioned on E-Bay. The feds have brought in a few hundred thousand dollars from the sales.

Due to the terror plot in London, they might think the ketchup and mustard have bomb fluid in them, which would be very dangerous (of course). So put all liquids and gels in the cargo area. Then with the stuff they take away, like scissors for example, might be sold on ebay.

I would not be surprise if the make everyone fully stripone day and don airport issue gowns before boarding. They have gone completely bonkers with this security thing. The worst part of it is, anyone bent on smuggling weapons, or anything aboard a plane still do it successfully, inspite of all the current security measures.

You know some guys is taking the valuable stuff for personal use or Ebay.

The airport security is total BS. Let's hope someone doesn't try to use clothes as a weapon, cause then we'll all have to fly in the nude.

Political correctness, they've been ordered not to waste time and money searching people who might actually be hijackers, make mothers taste their baby's milk and old people take of their shoes so security spends one tenth of their time targeting men who might actually have something to hide. Must not offend anyone! Oh and Customs get your stuff.
