I started at age 11 when I started middle school because of gym class, but they were really just training bras/sports bras. I started wearing real bras/needing them around 12.

well i was a wicked tomboy n mi mom forced me 2 wear 1 at 12...but i needed it at 11 lmao...now that i have it tho i hate goin without a bra

When I was 12 and in 6th grade.
It's uncomfortable at first, but within a week you quickly get used to it and you become uncomforable if you DON'T wear it.
If you start wearing one, you can take it off when you sleep. Some people, like me, wear one 24/7.
