I am almost 13 and a half. Can I be legally employed by a small business?

last i heard you had to be at least 14 and 9 months, things may have changed, maybe if you look on the centerlink or employment network (there should be a link to that one thru centerlink site) it may have something about it there. hope this helps and good luck!

I am sorry but you need to be 14 years nine months to be legally employable unless your parents have a business in which case I believe you can help in the family business..
