ask supermarkets and new businesses in the area if you can put a vending machine on their property. Buy said vending machine (gum, toys, stickers, whatever) and set it up. Keep a portion of the earnings for savings, a portion for investing in more machines and items, and a portion for profit. Having a job is one thing, but having a business with tangible assets is good practice for a future as an entrepreneur.

You can start up a little enterprise at school and maybe get a friend to help you wassh teachers cars once or twice a week. Teachers support kids trying to do something good for the community. I did it once and walked away with $120+ after two weeks. Of course you woulld have to do it in your spare time, lunchtime or interval.

yard work...raking leaves..weeding gardens..mowing..take out trash..cooking meals for home bound...cleaning house...making birdhouses and sell them at flea market...tutoring...selling outgrown clothes in consignment shop..
volunteering to a good cause usually leads to some decent job offers..also....
