I have real nails, and although my mother tells me that they MUST affect my typing, I really don't find it so. I type just as fast, and as accurately as I do without long nails. She wants me to cut them short. PAH!

Faster with shorter nails. Feels better too but I prefer nails to be longer!

When my nails are longer, as they are now (not fake), they tend to slow me down. And that clicking sound drives me nuts!!!

All things in moderation. My nails extend about 2mm beyond the ends of my fingers. Long enough to look long, not long enough to get in the way.
