You don't learn experiments....you learn FROM them.
That is the purpose of experiments.
Buy some scientific texts,and try to recreate some of the more realistic experiments therein.
You may learn enough from these texts to come up with some experiments of you own! If you're diligent enough you may stumble upon something new!

learn basic science,first then advanced science in high school
