So what parts of books 5 & 6 do you think will be cut from the movies. . I mean a lot is cut from all the others, especially the last one, so what do you all think? I think in 6 a lot of the Lavender & Ron stuff will be cut along w/ Quidditch tryouts and Jenny & Harry ...

I don't really know what will be cut out of the 5th except for maybe all of Hagrid's explinations of where he has been, he'll probably just show the 3 Gwarp and tell a very small story as to his origin, as for the 6th I don't think alot will be some much cut out but condensed. I think the PM and MM will be cut out or just a very very quick word of warning that LV is back and then cut to Belatrix and Narcissa going to Snape.
Also the Ron/Lav/Hermione and Harry/Ginny sub plots will probably be in there because I bet they will come into play in the final book/movie, especially Harry/Ginny.
Quiditch, who knows.
Who knows what they deem to be worthy enough to be put on the silver screen I guess all we can do is wait till they are released. till then... I dunno do something constructive like... build a dam.

just like movie 4 they will kinda leave stuff in but in a diff way...
if you want lot more examples IM me...but here's one
at the end of book 4 Hermione kisses harry on the cheek and he even says something about it....... but in the movie, she kisses him when they are on the platform, after task two, she kisses him on the top of the head........
that's why i LOVE the books much better than the movies

I cant wait.. I think they might cut of the quittish aswell.. but i know the'll be putting the part with snape, lily, and james when they are younger.. you should do a search for Order of the pheonix cast members...

I think the Quidditch will be gone and also the scene on the PM and the minister is gone

I can't wait to see them, but I'll be upset when ALL THE GREAT STUFF IS GONE and they basically re-write it to fit the time slot. Don't they realize that the real fans will sit there for two hours to get the real story the way we want it!
