absolutely!... just NO X-RAYS!! I went to a new dentist when I was pregnant with my 2nd. I specifically put on my chart that I was pregnant.. and they took me into the x-ray room "we're going to xray your mouth now.." I'm like, "DUH!!, you can't!, I'm pregnant". However, I had some cavaties filled, a cleaning, and they even suggested a root canal in the future. Make sure they know that you're pregnant! It's actually best if you do go to a dentist when pregnant because the baby takes a lot of essential nutrients from you body.. including your teeth!.. that's how a lot of woman get bad teeth. Also, try to use a nutrient rinse that will help replenish the lost nutrients.

It depends on what kind i just had some done and they asked if i was pregnant
