If you put a lot of work on the skyline, it will definitely win against the Enzo, but considering the enzo is almost made out of carbon fiber and it is aerodynamically better compare to the skyline, despite the best mods, it is still heavier (unless they can make the skyline's metallic chassis and body into carbon fiber). And with the f1 style of shifting on the Enzo compare to the r34's shift stick, the enzo will shift faster. But hey if you put an inexperience driver on an enzo and put a pro on a skyline, there can be a significantly different results. But hey you didn't say if the skyline is just mere stock or it is tuned to the teeth. SO maybe you were referring to a stock skyline, that will definitely be clear, an enzo is already fast despite its stock form. SO the enzo will win. Even if the new GTR will be launched next year, that GTR will never win to an Enzo despite the newer engine (i heard it will be v6 turbocharged engine blowing out 400+ horsepower) and a paddle gear shifting and a new aerodynamic design. But hey, we cannot conclude that yet, aren't we?

The Skyline is probably quicker but I believe the Ferrari will top out higher

Neither...they are both in different class.You cannot compare the 2.
The Skyline will win if race from stop light to next block.
Ferrari will win once on the freeway.

if your talking about the R34, then the Enzo will win. If your talking about the new GTR, probably the GTR will win.
