Mentally retarded, huh? She is portrayed as a 7 year old girl who can speak, read and write Spanish and English! I know people who speaks Spanish but cannot read it....what? Are you kidding me? I wish when I was that age, I could do that. I doubt Dora is that mentally retarded to be that damn intelligent!
