Lots of people in Milwaukee are pretty dense, especially the West Allis suburb, but the most dense people i believe live in Indiana, concentrations in Gary and Hammond. Next in Density is DC, but maybe that's not considered a state. And California people are pretty dense, too, but that's mainly due to laziness. And the most obvious dense people of all are the drivers from Illinois..
