Basically, once both players reach forty all or the highest amount of points before the end of the game it gets to deuce. Once there and you are playing ad's the person who scores will have the "advantage". But in order to win they need to score twice in a row. If the other person scores it goes back to advantage. =)

Hope you know the basics of tennis scoring, otherwise this will confuse you.
Let's say that during the course of a game each player wins 3 points. The score, then, would be 40-40; this score is by tradition called "deuce" (presumably because a player must win 2 (a deuce) straight points to take the game). When the score is deuce and the next point is complete, the score is "ad-in" if the server won the point or "ad-out" if the returner won the point. Only a player who has the advantage ("ad") can win the game by winning the next point. If the player with the "ad" loses the next point, the score is once again "deuce" and the process continues until a player has won a point at deuce and a point at advantage.

Ad In = Advantage to the server
Ad Out = Advantage to the receiver.
If the person with the advantage wins on the next serve, he/she wins that game. If he/she loses, the score goes back to deuce (even).

Yes, that is correct. If it is ad in the server has one more point than the reiciever and it is ad out if the reiciever has one more point than the server and it is deuce if you both have the same amount of points.

It is advantage. When the score is tied the server wins the point it is ad in. If the receiver wins the point it is ad out.

ad in and ad out are used when there is a deuce.
the score is deuce (40-40) and then after the point is played, if the server won the point then its ad-in and if the server didnt win the point then its ad-out.

it is in fact ADVANTAGE...when two players are tied in tennis for the game winning point the winner of the next serve does not automatically win that game..the player recieves and advantage (in) he must win the next serve to win the game

Add in is when you have the advantage over your opponent, add out is when you don't have the advantage so it is add out. you only use add in and add out when you are in deuce.
