Assuming that it is the worst case scenario and he is a cross-dresser, would that really be so bad? Most men who wear women's clothes are straight, and a lot are happily married. If he's into you and you're into him, why should a little mascara get in the way of a good thing? Besides, guys look just as good with long, dark lashes as girls do. Why shouldn't your boyfriend be able to use some of the same tricks that you do to get that look? However, having gotten that off my chest, I realize that I am more liberal than most when it comes to gender roles, so you may not see things my way and you may still be freaking out. With this in mind, I will leave you with one last thought. If this is something that you're concerned about, or if you have questions that need to be answered, talk to the guy about it before you start jumping to conclusions. Then you can at least make some informed decisions about your relationship. Best of luck to you both.

well, i don't think it should be that much of a big deal. i mean why would mascara signify that he's a cross-dresser? it's just mascara you know, and he's probably trying to be trendy or something. & if you can't just go out and ask him, then why is he your boyfriend? i mean if you can't even ask him why he wears mascara, then why are you with him?? you guys have to have some level of friendship. and no, i honestly don't think he's a cross-dresser, to answer your question. haha

Ermmm...if he wears it openly in public or he is aiming for that style then I think you have nothing to worry about. But if you have unexpectantly saw him with it on (like you just popped round to his...and he hasn't had time to remove it) then I would be worried. If none of theanswers help, why not just jokingly ask to borrow his mascara? See how he reacts.

Is he into Goth? Crossdressing could be a possibility. Why not just come right out and ask him?

If I were you I would start by asking him. If you don't know that much about your boyfriend why are you going out with him?

My husband wouldn't be caught dead wearing any makeup. I think your guy isn't telling you everything. Why don't you ask him?
