i was wondering if girls do that because mines getting hairy. and im 13.

You definitely do NOT need to shave down there. It will just grow back thicker and more coarse.

It's your choice if you want to or not. I personally shave everything off or leave a small strip. You may also choose to wax or use hair removal lotions. Also, you may shave some hair and leave some. Like shave your bikini lines (hair that sticks out the side of your panties), your "lips", leave a line, or remove it all. Almost every girl I've ever known does something to keep it under control, at least the ones over 13 or 14. Most guys like it kept neat but not neccisarely bald.

It's a personal preference. Try trimming it down before you go all out and shave it bald.

There are some who likes it, others don't. I think, that depends on which one you are comfortable. Some of the guys like it shave, but for others, they like it naturally. Personally, I like it naturally, it looks great, unlike the other, it looks like a below 5 yrs old kid.

With you being such a young age i would 1st recommend you speaking with your mother. But yes alot of women do shave completey or trim with scissors. which is what i would recommend for you if you are uncomfortble with the hair.

Many woman do this. no bad effects unless you cut yourself with a dirty razor.
it may grow back corser or maybe not. that depends on your body. but if your going to keep those areas shaved anyway .. i dont see a problem.

Leave it alone. If you shave it will be very itchy when it grows back. As long as it does not hang outside of your swimsuit, just let it be. . . and stay away from boys.

either you like it or you dont. it wont kill you, you might itch for a few days but that will go away.
