no. The fact is the employer would have a million reasons why they hired someone else & didn't hire you, filled the position from inside, etc.... you'd never prove it. Besides, many firms have in their hiring policy they will not take someone with any criminal record at all and it's been upheld in court that is legal policy, not discrimination.

You are better off getting a good attorney to have your record expunged. Make sure you get a good one, not all of them can do an effective job. Most states have a time frame to apply for that court order, like you have to have no further criminal convictions for 3 years, 5 years, whatever the state law dictates. Good luck!

I would be willing to bet good money on the fact that the local gas station is NOT running a background check on you and denying you employment based on the minor incident and you are just not getting the job because you lack experience or something.

Are you telling me that each and every white man or woman hasn't ever felt discriminated against? it truly is BS. Their are white youngsters that are picked on each and every of the time, talked about as "nerds", "fat", etc.... the nature of the harassment would not even want to be racial, each and every man or woman is discriminated against faster or later of their lifetime. Are you telling me the white firefighters of latest Haven should be in finished contract that they received't be promoted, in spite of doing properly on the merchandising attempt, because minorities did not do properly? i do not trust the minorities are evidently deprived, they have an analogous ability to do properly, in this social gathering they did not, yet because they did not the white firefighters do not get promoted, it truly is not discrimination? If the shoe became on the different foot, the position the minorities did impressive and the whites did not, and the minorities did not get promoted, i might want to be only as disillusioned. those who do properly on checks for promotions should be promoted, era, with pondering how others did on the muse of their race.

Not likely.... and it might not even be the bad check thing that's holding up employment. But keep trying, and try differant types of jobs. Take anything to get a work history.
