To get pregnant you must have sex on a day that your eggs are being released.

After the 3rd day from the day that menses started put a thermometer into your mouth and check your body temperature every morning before you start turning in bed. The best time is at about 4 a.m. Maintain a chart. You will find that on one day the body temperature drops from 1/2 degree to one degree. This is the day that your eggs are being released. If you want to get pregnant this is the day that you must have sex. Tell your husband to ejaculate on his inward thrust so that the sperms will shoot deep inside.

After having sex you must stay in bed for about 30 mins with your knees bent up with a pillow under your buttocks so that the sperms will not pour out - to enable them to travel up. (This is the best way of making the maximum use of the few sperms that he has.)

Get your husband to save his sperms in the testacles for at least 3 days before sex to enable them to mature well to do their job.

You might want to get a blood work up too, to make sure everything is okay with you as well. Have you tried the ovulation predictors? They look like a pregnancy test but, they tell you if you are about to ovulate. I was told when going to infertility to lay still with your bottom elevated on a pillow after having sex. I know TMI. LOL

Good luck!!! It's really tough when you're trying to get pregnant and can't. My heart goes out to you!

Hello, I am Lapree Valentine. I have helped many women with this same case. There was a survey poll of couples who have had no success with conception due to ovular complications. And what this does is it causes you to undergo feelings such as denial and fustration. A parenting counselor also works with couples who have trouble conceiving, or the local clinic should have programs for you where you can appoint with specialists. However, the best solution for you is a proven home remedy that has worked for thousands of people. And it has never failed. It's quick and easy. What you and your husband should do is talk to one of his male friends whom he knows well. And see if his friend or friends will help you with your conception. Now, if you choose this home remedy, then it will give you 2 additional options. The first option is to help you with your conception by natural scientific penetration. The second option is by donating their fluid to the sperm bank. This is a hard choice that you and your husband must discuss together. But, don't procrastinate, life is too precious to let it go by. I have friends who have had the same problem. One couple I've helped--her husband was shooting blanks. They called me up for a advice. I suggested natural scientific penetration and I was the volunteer for it. After I adminstered it to his wife she conceived 2 kids by me, and she was happy, but her husband gave me the nasty eye. He didn't appreciate the process of natural penetration, but I did (and his wife, too). But, we all have to do whatever it takes to make a baby and if another person into the sack is what it takes, then it is well worth the consideration.

Only have sex every other day. Also, you need to make sure you are ovulating. The easiest way to do this is get a thermometer and chart your basal body temps. (www.fertilityfriend.com). Also, are your cycles regular?
