I'm staying at a hostel in Madison that has this small restaurant on the lower level serving carribian food. I've sat and watched for 5 nights in a row and each night only one or two customers stop in. How can this restaurant afford to stay in business? I think it's a front to a gang or mafia.

its quite possible, or maybe the food sucks really bad.

but on the other hand, who the hell in madison eats carib food?
