The answer is both yes and no.
It really depends on how deep the stab is.
If it is shallow - it would only pop the eyeball. There would be minimal blood (from the capillaries that run on the outside of the eyeball). the fluid on the inside of the eye is actually clear.
If it is deep enough to get to the back of the skull & optic nerve - yes, there are several veins that run behind the eyeball. If it is deep enough it would actually go through the skull and into the brain - instant death in most cases.

Probably. I'd be trying to kick their butt for stabbing me in the eyeball, and hurt myself in the process and bleed.

no there is no blood or nerves in the center of your eye.in fact if that happend you would prob not even feel it.the blood and nerves are outside of the center part of your eye.
