you need to build a server,then purchase bandwith from whomever you wish.and some knowledge about running the server

Yes -- the only thing you need is to get a high speed line to another provider under a commercial interlink agreement -- i.e. the other ISP accept that you will be using the line for commercial provisioning of services to 3rd parties.

And of cause you probably need a few computers ;-)

Sure. All you would have to do is come up with about $3000 a month to lease a T1 line into your home.

go to ur government and pay something like a zelion $ to get a HUGE bandwidth , then use it all for u
