I have typed 95 words a minute since the 12th grade, despite having 4 hand surgeries. I type without thinking almost, as it's second nature to me and is like breathing. It requires manual dexterity and not everyone can learn to type fast.

If you are asking how to learn to type I would suggest you take a course or purchase a typing cd for your computer!

I type fast, I'm not sure how I learned to type since I failed my keyboarding class in fifth grade.

I type by putting my fingers on the asdf and jkl; keys and putting my thumbs on the space bar. I move my fingers to reach the other letters and characters.

Sorry. Do you mean, how do you learn to type properly? Or are you asking how well do I type such as speed ... words per minute - errors.

before you learn typing, start using the Dvorak keyboard. It is WAY more efficient and speedy to use.
