hi all ,i have a very sexy body but the problem i have big butt,i really want to get rid of it,please help.

Hey don't worry about it...you should be proud to have a big butt...but only as long as it's toned...a jelly butt is not a good look. On the other hand, it's what you think that matters most so...go to the gym and ask one of the members of staff to tell you what to do to reduce the size. But from the sounds of it...if you're slim elsewhere then that's just the way your body is.

Big well rounded firm shapely butts are sexier than small skinny runway model bony butts. Keep yours and be proud!

Don't worry about how big your butt is. A big butt is nice and juicy as long as its TONED. Keep it toned or I leave it alone.

surgery can fix that ;) lol...jk....but yeah...i'd do squats...and then lay on your bed or the ground on ur tummy...with legs just straight..and then bend left knee to a right angle and raise left leg straight up, while squeezing ur thigh and booty muscle....and do like 25 for each leg. those always get u toned. hope this helps...

umm r u saying ur fat or just have a big butt,? if u think ur fat, loose weight, if u just have a big butt...deal with it it aint goin nowhere...i ahve one tooo....so i would kno
