I know things like be yourself, stand up straight, smile and those things, but can someone, maybe an expert or judge in a pageant, tell me what I need to know, or where someone have listed tips and strategy.

hey i was in a Namiss pagent too. All the stuff they say about standing up straight and being yourself is true. DONT LIE ON YOUR RESUME! they WILL find out if you do, trust me. My friend made a big mistake trying to do that. Smile often. HAVE FUN. It was one of the best weekends in my life. Live it out. If they teach you about "pretty feet" don't forget it. Good luck! If I were you, I would ask people associated with the pagent if they have the names of people willing to coach you. You may have to pay for the service, but if you're really into it, then it would be worth the price. Good luck!

I don't know, but you've listed some good ones. . also, smile, be friendly (to the judges and the other contestants), and be yourself. . have fun with it. . no matter what happens. .

ixnay on the baton twirling, and when they ask you about your dreams and aspirations don't mention "world peace", instead come up with something original like "I want to learn everything I possibly can about Dung Beetles!"
