Well, it depends on what they are doing. Are they breaking the law? If you have repeatedly told them to stay off your property, yet they continue to cross onto your property, you can call the police. In most states, it is against the law to use certain curse words in front of women and children...you could have them arrested on grounds of verbal abuse. Call the cops if they are throwing beer bottles in your yard or demeaning your property in any way. Get a restraining order if they have made threats. If they are simply being jerks and are not breaking the law, there's not much you can do other than just ignore them. I wish you the best and hope you find a solution.

Depending on the type of harrassment you can report it to your local police enforcement agency. By reporting the harrassment you will have a record on file so if additional complaints come into the police station they can take action... again it depends on the type of harrassment that you are talking about.

You should consult a local, but many states have procedures that allow you to request a harassment restraining order. For example, the order might required them to stay away from you, not talk to you, etc. The laws and procedures will vary by state, so that is why you need to consult a local attorney rather than rely on the answers you receive in this forum.

i agree move..but you may not be able to what was happening with us was the kids next door was shooting pellets at our dogs and they wasn't watching them..so my husband and mom went over and had a talk, and from then on we watched them every time our dogs barked, and watched the pellets but eventually it was better for us to move, we found out the kids had been in trouble before and it wasn't anything new..but we luckily didn't have many problems after that i think it could have gotten alot worse...and we would have called the police to settle it..i would document it, and also involve the police if need be..

Has all people ever asked those unsightly associates why they are behaving this way in direction of your father and mom? Have your father and mom ask the associates if there is something they might do to assist come to a call the subject concerns between them so as that they might all coexist in unity.

get it on video then report them to the fuzz. if it continues and the police cant do nothing-- go buy army tech manual tm31-210. this should give you a few ideas but may be illegal to use said devices.tell them your crazy and a demolition expert. if they see you running-- they better catch up. if you decide to get revenge- dont get caught
