Have you ever wondered how we cleanse the exterior of our bodies since birth but never think about doing the same thing internally on a regular basis? Our internal organs, specifically, our digestive system: stomach, intestines, and colon need to be cleansed regularly. The best way to cleanse the impurities and all toxic substances in our digestive system is to drink 8 glasses of water daily with a natural, and organic, enhanced mineral complex called xtreme x2o (coral calcium with 70 trace minerals). Xtreme X2O when dissolved in ionic form in water transforms the solution with a pH of 9.9 (highly alkaline)! Your body will undergo a completely natural detoxification process once you drink eight glasses of water with xtreme x2o on a daily basis. You may ask, why not drink just water? The answer is: When you drink plain water, lots of it, your body does not get the critical minerals it needs to balance its pH (in short, to help transform your body to an alkaline state). If you would like to know why this is critically important, let me explain.

It seems that a habitually acid pH can directly cause immediate weight gain. Here's what happens when a system is too acid. A condition known as Insulin Sensitivity or Syndrome X results, which forces too much insulin to be produced, and the body is flooded with insulin so that it won't waste any calories, it diligently converts every calorie it can into fat.

It is thought that an acid pH immediately signals the powerful genetic response to an impending famine, directly interacting with the all important and very sensitive, Insulin- Glucagons Axis. This makes the body produce more insulin than usual, and in turn, produce more fat and store it. In general, the more insulin is available to the body, the higher the probability that fat will be produced and stored, rather than used and burned as energy.

Thus, an acid pH will probably alert the genetic response to famine, directing more insulin to be produced and storing more fat than usual. Conversely, a healthy, slightly alkaline pH, will be more likely to yield normal fat burning metabolic activity, making no demands on the body to overly produce insulin and make fat, allowing fat-weight to be burned and naturally lost.
If you would like to know your body's pH, whether you are acidic or alkaline, let me know. Please check out my free site:

unless you lose fat your belly will get bigger becuz the muscles underneath tighten but it dont get rid of fat so it just sits on top, if u dont eat reguarly your belly will swell up still, so if u dont eat for ages then stuff your face you,ll put twice as much weight on then you would eating 4-5 small meals a day

did you just say you are 5'11" and weigh 115 pounds? Perhaps you ARE losing your belly, as you say you don't eat, and this "fat" is all in your mind. Maybe drop by a psychologists office on your way to the doctor.

go to the doctor. sounds not like an exercise/diet issue but a gastrointestinal blockage of some sort. (think back to when your last bowel movement was.)

If you just started exercising it could just be your muscles expanding to just get use to this. if it's that your abdomen will shrink back to normal size in a few weeks. or it could just be water or gas.
