I HAVE GOT ONE OF THE SAME MODEL. they are known for their sharp temper blunt manners and the way they go on is just gut wrenching . I asked her what her problem with us is, and all I got back is "what ever" I love her and there are moments when that lovely twelve year old peeks through that curtain of hormones but for the most part I can see that she is fighting a battle with puberty and to control these people that cant see that they are just so not seeing what the problem is with her . Its a no win situation if you let her run free she will think you don't care if you rain her in you Will be to controlling . the good news is that about two years down the track this little monster will leave and you will get your daughter back slightly older and a little and i stress at time just a little more of a pleasure to be around I know I have an older model as well .

This is very normal. She is at an age where she is trying to find her way in the world with out mom and dad. Accept that she is changing but, by no means accept any form of disrespect. It is also a time when you have to teach her responsibility and how to mature into a decent grown woman.

Yes, you are the worst people on the face of the earth at that age. she thinks she knows everything and that you don't understand a THING she is going through. you're not hip, you're her parents. I was the same way, she doesn't hate you though, its' just uncool to be with your parents till your junior or senior year. She'll come around, never stop showing her your love.

Yes, perfectly normal and right on time. She is a typical teenager. For the next 10 years or so she will hate you. Just like you did your parents and so did everyone else........

Dear Rebecca,
In today's world I would take this very seriously. I would be talking to friends and watching this closely.
Remember you are the parent and need to do that-Parent. Get the situation under control while you are able to. Good Luck!
