The most honest truth that you could ever get to this answer is that you can make things the best or not. You can look at all the positive senarios or you can only see the negative, and what my boyfriend always tells me...you have to look at the positive things. No one wants to be around someone who complains all the and is never happy. Taking a perspective on your situation there is always a way you can smile. Thank God for each and every day to learn something new. You only ever get one life....if you died and would be able to look back on your life and you were asked how would you have lived different...what would you have done differently? Dont wait....live now...make things happy there is so many ppl getting all kinds of medical bills from stress. Think about the ppl who are carefree...how many times do you see them having major issues that makes things extremely bad....usually they say oh well next issuse.

Pray things seem so bad but in time what I feel is bad will be laughable after I get through and I look back at my upset.
Put it all in God's hands and wait...
What makes it worse is when I stir in it and worry or talk to friends about the problem and they do not make a move to help me. IT GETS BIGGER then I see other people worse off than me and physically changed. I start to pray for others and the wide spread world problems I can do nothing about. So I sit and wait tell God and see how blessed I really am in my area and situation and pray to get better to handle my situation and things.
Then I think abroad to the war and the far off efforts of people who fight so I can keep up the fight at home.

Many problems can actually be far worse than you want to believe. Many people live in DENIAL. Sure, you can dwell on some unimportant matter and blow it out of proportion, but the opposite can be true as well. The big things can sneak up and bite you when you're not looking.

It's good to look at the positive side, but there has to be a balance. During a time of great stress in my life I started to ignore problems, which ended up making them worse in the end.

I like this train of thought. I've let somethings rather overwhelm me of late and this seems like good sense to me. Problems are still problems regardless of how they are assessed, yet using your logic one can step back from the issue at hand; detach if you will from having the concern paramount to the day. This distancing allows for the clarity of thought to negotiate through whatever is troubling. Very good. I'm doing it, starting right now! Thanks.

Yes, absolutely.
If you can do something about it, why worry- just deal with it.
If you ca'nt then then its a fact you must accept.
