how do i stopp shock flash from poping up?

it show up all the dame time i pull up a web sit or page

If you're using Internet Explorer, go to Tools > Manage Add ons

You should see a list of add-on's currently loaded, look for "Shockwave Flash object" and disable it.

If you're using Firefox, download the Flash BLock extension.

uninstall it. but some sites need it so the site will appearly properly.
