Why the heck does it keep disappearing? I don't want it to disappear. It only come back when I run my mouse across it. Please tell me how to make it stay.

Heres what you do:
Right Click on the Blue Bar
Select Properties
A new window will pop up called "Taskbar and Start Menu Properties". You will want to uncheck the box "Auto-hide the taskbar"
Then click "ok" to accept changes

Move your mouse down to the Blue Bar. Right-click on your mouse. Pick "Properties" from the menu that appears. Uncheck "Auto-hide the taskbar". Click 'OK' and your done.

click on start, go up to settings, from there go into control panel and choose apperance and themes (assuming you are running windows...). once there, choose taskbar (the name of the blue bar...and you can change its color through the display settings), on the taskbar panel there is a box to check saying lock the taskbar and keep task bar on top of other windows. check those boxes. (now, to change the colors, go to display and under display properties, click appearance...you can choose the colors and style of the taskbar and others)

Right click it and go to Properties. Uncheck Auto-Hide. Click on Apply, then OK. This will never happen to you again.
