Okay, there are several different ways to do the circle, but I will tell you the way that I do it, but there is not a set way, just make up your own way (which is what I did and the best thing to do.).
I sweep the place I will be casting my circle, then I put rocks down in a circle and chant "I cast this circle thrice about to keep unwanted spirits out", then I envoke the God/Goddess and the five elements with an offering (such as water for west, a candle for south, etc...) and then go on with the ritual from there.
As for the Faery Wicca, I don't know much about it, so I will give you a site that you can go to in the sources. It is the first one listed. Also, if you are going to be Wiccan, or anything other than Christian for that matter, you will deal with stupid people like that first person who answered. It's ridiculous.

Bell, Book and Candle, The Craft (Good special effects), Bednobs and broomsticks. Oh, by the way, Harry Potter, not a Wicca/Witch movie.

Slow down a bit. If you're almost completely clueless, I suggest you study up a bit more. I'm just beginning to learn Wicca, but even I realize that if you don't know enough when you try magick, it could be dangerous.

Before you jump into casting circles you need sufficent knowledge of what you are attempting to do. Read Wicca for the solitary practioner by Scott Cunningham. This will give you all the basic information you need to get started on your path.

Smiles, let me give some sage advise from an old Grey, slow down, the Goddess is not going anywhere. The Old Ones want to get to know you before you start working with the elements. I would suggest that you begin by getting to know them, and finding the ones who you can be comfortable with first. Then work on the Magick. I appreciate your enthusiasm, but you are dealing with some powerful forces here. Slow down and attune. If you would like, contact me.
Casting a circle can be done through visualization. It can be done with small stones. There are many ways to do this. If you can, get a copy of Cunningham's Wicca, he has all you will need as a beginner.
BTW, see link, the information is solid:

Whatever happened to a Mystery based, non-revealed religion? Damn you, Ravenwolf!!! *Shakes fist*
Seriously, do a lot of research, dont just jump into something someone posted online (if they are good, copy and paste to keep for reference). Read and make notes of everything that you come across and then do a little compare work and double checking, start slow and see what seems right, feels right. Maintain a critical mind and an open heart. Make sure you have studied somehthing throughly before you try it.
Buy some books. I reconmend Cunningham (we all started with him) and then getting into the oldies: Gardner, Buckland, Farrar, Starhawk etc etc
Luck, light and love (ugh that sounded corny)

Best advice I have.......
SLOW DOWN!!!!!!
Spellwork takes some time to learn, and it's not some cute little game. Take some time and STUDY!!!! Nothing in witchcraft is "here, now, bang" all of a sudden. It's a serious craft and you can't rush it. In other words, you can't just get it on a silver platter.
You didn't want to google it? You just wanted to get the answers here? Keep in mind, you have no way of knowing if anything anyone says here is true. They could be just as lost as you!
My suggestion, stock up on a few books (and no, their not hard to find, just go the metaphysical section in any given bookstore).
You can't be lazy on this, and there's no easy way but through years of learning and experiance.

Slow down. There is no need to worry about casting a circle at this point. Please, learn more before you jump right into things. There are many very good books out there, some of which have already been mentioned by other people who posted here. Read, learn, take it slow.

Best advice? Realize that you will never be able to cast a circle because WITCHCRAFT DOESNT EXIST. Stop wasting you time and find something positive to do with your life. I'm only trying to help you.

Seems to me, my Dear One, you have a great deal of reading to do. I'm not certain what I can add to that text above me. Myself, when I cas a circle I use a finger and visualise it. I don't need candles or rituals, but that's just me and I'm older than you. I agree with Googlywotsit. You need to be very very careful when beginning. If it doesn't feel right to your gut leave it alone. No ifs and or buts. Your heart and your head will tell you lies but your gut won't. I've found this out through enough energy work and I have seen people get very hurt. That doesn't mean you shouldn't continue. It means for you to be very careful and to put up a strong bubble or whatever you see as protecting you. For right now, leave the Wise Ones alone. You don't need to mess with that right now. Any questions, go ahead and call. Blessings
