Plucking (tweezing), Shaving, Depilatory creams and Waxing are temporary hair removal methods.Waxing usually lasts for 3 weeks, but it is painful. Electrolysis and laser hair removal are "permanent" hair removal methods but are expensive and you have to find a trained professional, otherwise your skin could be damaged. Use a shaving cream.

Besides that, shave secretly. In the shower or at school. When your mom finds out, and takes away the shaver, she's probabaly not going to throw it away. My mom took away one of my things and I couldn't find it in the trash. Instead, it was in her cooking cabinet! Live your life. Those are your legs. Do what you want with them.

Naturally, you have the hair you have and it won't change unless you have a illness or somehow damaged the hair follicles. Besides all those hair removal products/methods you mentioned, shaving is the quickest and easiest. But, at your age, talk to your mom/guardian for information. Good luck!

i use nair and leave it on for at least six minutes and it works wonders.
sounds to me like you need to explain to mom that you aren't a little girl anymore and there are things a girl your age just needs to do. she may be a little angry but that is better i guess than going to school in shorts or even changing into shorts for PE and having kids make fun of you. see how it goes sweety! mm

And for what ever reason will your mom not allow you to shave?

I would shave them. At school in P.E., at a friends house, in the shower where mom can't see...

You know what. Just shave your mom will never know. She just needs to let you grow up. I would let my little girl shave if she wanted as long as it wasn't her head.

There is something called buffing that uses sort of like a fine grade sand paper to rub the hair until it is buffed away. They sell the buffing sleeves at Wal-mart.

You may want to check out Shick's "Intuition" razor. Its a bit pricy but it does a nice job with just a little bit of water.
