I am really puzzled over this one. I thought her mother was linked to the hand written note. I find it hard to believe that all this could take place in the home and that he would take time to write what appeared to be a full page letter. We will have to wait and see, I guess.

Anyone who saw him on TV can tell that he was most likely severely tortured by thugs hired by John Ramsey and forced to recount a false confession for Patsy. Patsy was forcing her to dress up like Britney and have sex with John and she said NO. Patsy went into a rage and beat her head in, r-ped her with a hairbrush, and threw her body away in the basement. We will never know any details except those that John knows and forced this guy to tell. Patsy got just what she needed and deserved from "her" god.

If there is DNA evidence, there is no need to question or debate it.

If that man's DNA shows up at the crime scene he's guilty.

That will be conclusive. Stop speculating till the evidence comes out against him. The only thing speculating on what if's does is cloud and convolute the issue and that's a total waste of energy.

He admitted to it. Why would someone lie about something that could possibly mean their life or death? He said it was a "ransom kidnapping, gone terribly wrong." He also said he was "in love with Jon Benet." Sounds like a sick mind to me.

People have all kinds of motives for confessing to crimes.

That being said, he was arrested in Thailand... and everyone knows that Thailand is a notorious vacation site for Western vacationers looking to have sex with children...

apparently they watched him for a long time, they just had to find the right time to get him. He was in Indonesia and there they can't just go in and take him. They knew for a long time he is the killer. But on the other hand I was thinking the same thing like you.

I was thinking the same thing. But I'm sure they wouldn't prosecute him unless they actually had some evidence. Especially after all this time. Guess we'll find out.

He's profiled as a loner, never really talked to anyone.

He seemed to enjoy all of the cameras and the attention.
It would seem as though he would do it, with his past and all,
but a lot of things don't add up
some people just do this kind of thing for the thrill of it
remember this guy? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lee_Harvey_Oswald
