Ok i have been married for almost 10 yrs, and i have been having dreams about my ex-boyfriend who was my first true love, and i saw him the other day, and i have been thinking about him alot and wanting to see him more and more. but i dont want to jepordize my marriage i do love my husband very very much. any thoughts on what i should do? see my husband doesnt like him at all and im not allowed to talk to him or anything, but its like all of these old feelings are comming back to me.

It's time to try some new things in your relationship to reignight your spark. Try to do something together to make you remember why you chose to marry thing guy not wait around for the ex. It is completely normal to think about your past, but just think don't do anything stupid. (The grass always looks greener, but I've been there and done that - there are snakes in that grass).

There is nothing wrong to fantasize, just realize that it is fantasy. We often dream about winning big in lottery and enjoy life without the grand price. Same goes for old love. I do not think that it is advisable to maintain contact with your ex, what is gone should be gone. Take close look and see how he changed and how you have changed.

You cannot control your dreams but you can control yourself. You are MARRIED and should have NO contact with your ex. Nor should you be thinking about him. Just remember the grass isn't always greener on the other side and look what you would be loosing.

You need to have some fun dates with your husband and get the romance back into your marriage. I think you have the 10 year itch. Whatever you do, don't jeopardize your marriage.

first of all try to put your feelings away for him if you go and see him all your going to do is hurt yourself and lose your husband
