A battery discharging. The chemicals on one side transfer electrons to the chemicals on the other side. When you recharge it, the chemical process is reversed.

The exchange of electrons.....differences in pH make for a good reaction.Heat is good too.Don't forget pressure! It turns coal into diamonds!

Chemical change is when it can not get reversed right? So when something is burned, it's a chemical change. I think, I' not really sure.
