No one knows. The current life expectancy is said to be 79 in the USA, but that is for malee born 79 years ago. Many scientists and doctors think the average life expectancy could be 100 or more for males born today. if medical technology advances as they anticipate.

The average life expectancy of American males is 72 years. This
does NOT mean that a 65-year-old American has about
7 more years to live on average. It means that counting
from birth, the average American will live to be 72 years old.
